Family-owned and operated by Pamela, Megan, and Joshua Ball, 20-year veterans in the restaurant business, Two J's strikes a balance between consistently serving up award-winning BBQ along with providing a constantly changing menu of hand-made sausage, seasonal side dishes, sandwiches, and interesting salad combinations. Chef/owner and Pit Master Joshua Ball brings influences from a broad background in upscale fine dining to the local community with Southern-style cuisine using ingredients from local producers. By using locally grown produce and naturally raised, hormone-free meats, quality and freshness are ensured. Everything is made from scratch in-house. You won't find a microwave in the kitchen. Pamela uses years of baking experience to make all the desserts ranging from macaroons and cookies to spice cupcakes with caramel frosting and New York-style cheesecakes.
